A conceptual design done for a commercial redevelopment for a well situated site in Whakatane’s busy township which would allow for up to 10 individual 3 story town houses. Maximising potential views of the cliffs and river where possible these homes were designed for working life functionality and aesthetic appeal to be an outspoken part of the town’s visual attraction in architectural design.
